Grand Opening Prosperity Basket
This tall, tripod‑style flower basket is specially designed for new store openings, gallery launches, exhibition inaugurations and office openings. It is thoughtfully composed of pink dahlias, premium roses, eustoma, chrysanthemums, green trick and golden‑orange accent foliage, arranged to create abundant layers. The palette of pink, orange and golden yellow creates a festive, celebratory atmosphere.
Meaning of flowers: Dahlias symbolise good fortune; roses represent smooth‑sailing business; golden‑toned blooms signify prosperity and flourishing popularity. The basket is suitable for placement at entrances, lobbies and exhibition halls to deliver your sincere congratulations.
Subject to seasonal availability, some flowers may be substituted with blooms of equivalent grade and colour to maintain the overall look.

📋 訂購開張花籃流程 Order Process
1. Choose your design：Select your preferred opening flower basket design and quantity, then add to cart. Multiple identical baskets can be ordered by adjusting the quantity.
2. Fill in details：Provide delivery address, delivery date and preferred time (for grand openings, morning delivery on the opening day or the day before is recommended). Enter details for the greeting sign: sender, recipient and congratulatory message.
3. Special requests：Leave notes for custom requirements such as colour adjustments, specific flower preferences or budget limits. Our customer service team will reply to confirm feasibility.
4. Payment：Complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is registered.
5. Floral preparation：The basket will be freshly prepared on the day of or the day before delivery. If flower substitution is needed due to seasonal availability, we will contact you first for confirmation.
6. Delivery：Deliver to the venue at your requested time. Our delivery staff will notify the on‑site contact for collection.
7. After‑sales service：A delivery confirmation notice will be sent after successful handover. For enquiries after delivery, please contact customer service.
📋 訂購開張花籃流程
1. 揀選款式：產品頁揀選心儀嘅開業花籃款式，確認數量，加入購物車；如果需要訂做多個同款花籃，可以直接調整數量。
2. 填寫資料：落單時填寫收貨地址、送貨日期同準確送貨時間（開張花籃一般建議預早一日或者開幕當日早上送到），同時填寫賀牌內容：賀主名、受賀人/公司名、賀詞。
3. 確認花材同備註：如果有特別要求，例如想轉換色系、指定某些花材或者有預算限制，可以於備註欄寫低，客服會盡快回覆確認可行性。
4. 付款：完成付款，收到訂單確認通知，代表訂單已成功登記。
5. 花店製作：花店會於送貨前一日或者當日清晨製作花籃，確保鮮花新鮮。若因時令問題需要替換花材，會先聯絡客人確認。
6. 安排送貨：按客人指定時間送到場地，送貨同事會通知現場負責人簽收。
7. 售後：送妥之後會發送送貨確認通知；如對貨品有查詢，可以直接聯絡客服跟進。
