Refund policy
3 Day Refund for Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If 3 days have gone upon receipt of product, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges Terms
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, wrong items, or purchased at full price. Please note that exchanges for items of a lower value is possible but we will not be able to refund the balance in cash or store credits. And it is valid for one-time exchange only.

-Your receipt of order
-Photo of the defect(s) within 3 days from receipt of delivery/collection
After assessment and inspection of the defect items, we will either offer an exchange or the value of returned product(s) via the same credit card used to make the payment, cash (bank transfer) or store credits, based on our discretion.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, cash (bank transfer) or store credits, based on our discretion. Please remember it can take some time (at least 1 month or so) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
